  • Digital products including templates, guides, and frameworks

  • Membership access including exclusive content, tools, and video resources

Specific deliverables, timelines, and terms for 1:1 engagements are outlined in individual service agreements or proposals provided at time of engagement.

3. Payments

All purchases are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Prices are listed in USD. Payment is due at time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

4. Refund & Cancellation

Refund and return terms vary by product type and are outlined in our Shipping & Returns Policy (Section V). For 1:1 services, cancellation terms are included in the individual service agreement. Membership cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

All content on livingdvnly.co — including but not limited to written content, frameworks, brand materials, design assets, and digital products — is the intellectual property of Living Dvnly Studio and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent. Content accessed through a membership or digital product purchase is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.
