THE STUDIO                  COLLECTIVE

The Studio Collective is an ongoing membership for founders and creatives who are already doing the internal work and want to stay close to Root Work as they build.

{ About The Collective }

The work is already in you. The Studio Collective is where it gets supported.

Over the last several years, a clear pattern has emerged in those who reach out and what they are seeking. They have taken the time to learn, understand the risks of misalignment, and have already identified the gap or are close to it. They are not looking for another course or coach. Instead, they are looking for proximity to the practice itself, where learning is ongoing and applied.

The Community provides that proximity. It offers ongoing access to Root Work in a self-guided format: essays, tools, audio notes, and live sessions. This is designed for those who already understand the methodology and want to remain engaged as they continue to build. The Studio Collective keeps the practice within reach and supports the ongoing application of these principles in real time.

This Collective is not…
  1. This is not a social media accountability group built around external pressure to perform.

  2. This is not a space for networking, promotion, or lead generation disguised as connection.

  3. This is not a course you complete, check off, and move on from once you’ve finished.

  4. This is not a space where the answer is always to do more, produce more, or push harder.

This Collective is…
  1. This is a structured monthly rhythm of essays, tools, and live sessions rooted in Root Work.

  2. This is a space where the work you’re already doing privately has somewhere to land.

  3. This is an ongoing relationship with the methodology as your work evolves.

  4. This is a space that requires your participation, not passive consumption or surface-level engagement.

This is for you if...

You’ve already done some version of the locating.

If you’ve watched or read the essays and thought, “That’s exactly what I’ve been struggling to articulate.” If you’ve noticed a gap between who you are now and how you’re presenting yourself, and you’ve felt that tension without knowing what to do next.

You’re likely a founder or a creative; someone building something meaningful. You know that visibility without coherence leads to exhaustion, not results. And you’re ready to align your brand with the clarity you already possess.

  • THE COLLECTIVE IS SPECIFICALLY FOR...

    • Founders navigating a transition, whether it’s a rebrand, a pivot, or a repositioning, who want to move forward from an honest foundation, not just marketing logic

    • Creatives whose internal clarity is ahead of their external expression and who feel the disconnect

    • Brand builders who believe what they’re creating should be rooted, not just performed

    • People who have been following this work and are ready to engage more deeply

  • THIS IS PROBABLY NOT FOR YOU IF...

    • You’re seeking a community focused mainly on growth tactics and follower counts

    • You want accountability based on external metrics instead of internal clarity

    • You don’t yet see the relevance of identity work to your strategic goals

    • You’re looking for a program with step-by-step formulas or quick fixes

The Collective Also Includes

  • LIVE SESSIONS

Monthly office hours and facilitated working sessions.

Each month includes one office hours session and one member working session. Office hours are open for Q&A; bring whatever you’re working through. Working sessions are structured and focused on applying a specific tool or essay in real time, within a small group. Both are members-only and not publicly recorded.

  • COMMUNITY

A place to think alongside others doing the same work.

An asynchronous discussion space for members, designed to encourage real conversation rather than performance. This is a space to share what you’re noticing in your work, ask the questions you can’t ask elsewhere, and genuinely hear how others are moving through similar transitions.

(The Founding Cohort)

  • Direct input on The Community’s first-year content roadmap

A founding cohort isn’t about offering a discount. It’s about making a mutual and meaningful commitment .

Those who join at the very beginning are not motivated by savings. They’re the people who have been closest to the work the longest, who have followed the journey, and who want to stake a claim in its next chapter.

The true value isn’t in the locked-in pricing, it’s in the opportunity to help shape something from the ground up, to be among the first voices helping set the tone, content, and culture of The Studio Collective. Founding members are collaborators, not just early adopters.

QUESTIONS         ANSWERS

&

  • No. It’s a membership. Courses are included inside the membership, but The Community itself is an ongoing relationship with the work, not something you complete.

  • The newsletter is public and written for people who are being introduced to Root Work. The Community goes deeper into the same themes, more personal, more applicable, more direct. The tools, audio notes, and live sessions don’t exist anywhere else.

  • Familiarity helps. The Community is not designed as an introduction; it’s designed for people who already recognize the work and are ready for more than reading. The Anchor Series (your first 30 days) will establish the foundation regardless of where you’re starting from.

  • The monthly essay and guided resource drop in the first week; those are your anchor for the month’s theme. In the second week, a short audio note delves deeper into one thread of the essay. By the third Tuesday, Office Hours opens for live Q&A. The month closes with the Working Session on the last Thursday, a structured 90 minutes to move something forward. In between, the discussion page is open. You engage at whatever depth the month allows.

  • That’s up to you. The monthly essays, audio notes, and tools are available whenever you’re ready for them. The live sessions are optional, though I’d encourage you to show up for them when you can. The minimum viable engagement is reading the monthly essay and working through one tool. The fuller engagement is everything.

  • Monthly memberships can be canceled anytime. Annual memberships are billed once and do not auto-renew without your confirmation. Founding members are locked in at $147/year as long as their membership remains active; cancellation releases them from the founding rate.

  • The Community lives on livingdvnly.co — inside the online member portal. No new app to download. No separate login. Everything is in one place.

  • Office Hours are recorded and available in the community for 30 days. Working Sessions are not recorded, they’re designed to be a working environment, not a performance. If you miss one, a brief post-session note summarizing what was worked on will be posted in the community.
