Shipping & Returns Policy.

This policy covers all purchases made through livingdvnly.co, including digital products, membership subscriptions, and physical goods.

Digital Products

Delivery: Digital products (templates, guides, frameworks) are delivered via download link immediately upon purchase confirmation. Links are sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Returns & Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital purchases once access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, contact us within 7 days at hello@livingdvnly.co, and we will work to resolve it.

Membership Subscriptions

Billing: Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.

Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Access remains active through that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds on membership fees already charged. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge at hello@livingdvnly.co.

1:1 Services & Consulting

Payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund conditions for consulting engagements are outlined in the individual service agreement or proposal provided at the time of booking. In the absence of a signed agreement, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellation of scheduled sessions. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Physical Products

Processing & Shipping: Physical orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Shipping timelines vary by destination and carrier. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.): Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–10 business days after processing. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

International Shipping: We ship internationally on select items. International shipping timelines vary by destination and may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Returns: We accept returns on physical products within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original condition. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@livingdvnly.co with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return. Customized or made-to-order physical products are also non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
