Ready to Begin?

Your onboarding form is the first step. It takes 25–40 minutes and covers your brand context, discovery questions, and the audit asset checklist. Everything you share here is read closely; it shapes how I approach our work together.

  • Before anything is built, we get clear on what we know to be true. This phase lays out the strategic foundation of PaeTushi: who it's for, what it stands for, and where the real differentiation lies. We begin with your intake form, then go deeper in our brand discovery session.

  • PaeTushi has a unique market advantage to start with: sushi craftsmanship, global curiosity, and a deeply personal origin story. This phase defines exactly where the brand lives in the market and who it's speaking to, so every decision that follows is anchored in clarity rather than assumption.

  • The story of PaeTushi already exists, it lives in Peatynn, in the ritual of dipping, in the courage behind the concept. This phase shapes that story into language the brand can use consistently across menus, social, packaging, and investor conversations.

  • Everything built across the first three phases comes together here into a unified Brand Strategy document, your foundation for all creative and visual decisions that follow, including the visual identity work in Phase 2 of our engagement.
