{ About The Project }I partnered with a global fashion retail brand to create learning experiences and content systems that strengthened communication across teams.
The work extended beyond documentation and education. It involved translating ideas into experiences through content development, workshop design, learning systems, and cultural programming that supported how teams communicated, learned, and connected.
Creating learning experiences and systems designed to strengthen clarity and connection across teams.
While much of the work focused on building scalable structures and resources, the work itself lived within the people using them. I partnered across creative, merchandising, and leadership teams to support learning initiatives, develop content experiences, and create systems that allowed information and ideas to move more clearly across the organization.
A notable moment within the partnership was moderating a fireside conversation with celebrity stylist Bryon Javar at the Melrose flagship as part of a broader cultural initiative. While visible moments like these stood out, they reflected a larger body of work centered on storytelling, communication, and connection.

The work resulted in a growing ecosystem of learning resources, content experiences, and communication frameworks designed to support teams as they evolved. Through a combination of storytelling, education, and thoughtful programming, the work helped create stronger alignment and more connected experiences across functions.
