{ About The Project }

Nearly two years helping shape the systems, communication structures, and creative workflows that supported a luxury design team at scale.

Luxury home and lifestyle brands operate at a level where consistency is not optional. Maintaining that standard across evolving creative workflows, multiple teams, and high-volume output required systems designed to support the work before challenges surfaced, not after.

I helped build systems that strengthened creative execution at scale within a luxury home and lifestyle environment.

The work was deeply embedded in the day-to-day realities of the teams doing the work. Rather than building processes in isolation, the focus was on understanding how designers, production teams, and leadership actually communicated and collaborated. The systems developed were designed to create alignment, reduce friction, and support consistency across creative workflows.

Creative Direction & Operational Alignment — 2 Years

Scope of Deliverables

The engagement focused on building operational structures that supported both creative quality and long-term scalability. This included developing project frameworks, refining workflows across digital and print initiatives, supporting knowledge-sharing systems, and creating documentation that helped teams work more consistently across functions. Collaboration with designers, artisans, and production teams remained central throughout the process, ensuring the systems reflected how work was actually happening rather than imposing a disconnected process on top of it.

  • Creative systems designed to support consistency at scale.

    Luxury environments operate differently. The standard is not simply producing creative work, but ensuring that every detail, handoff, and communication reflects the level of quality customers expect from the brand. The work happening behind the scenes focused on building frameworks, refining workflows, and creating documentation that allowed teams to work with greater clarity and alignment. While the systems themselves often remained invisible, the impact showed up in stronger collaboration, smoother execution, and a creative process designed to scale without losing intention.
